David and Donna welcome you to their homes, most of which are dog-friendly.

Focussed within the Gosport peninsula and surrounding areas, we offer quality, affordable accommodation to suit most needs. 

We support very long stays for work, home renovation or other reasons and also welcome short stays from 2 days, to much longer for holidays or visiting family or events. Whatever your purpose, it is OK with us - apart from throwing parties!  Get in contact to discuss special needs or negotiate committed long stays.

Base pricing for short-term stays is a complex daily calculation based on many variables of seasonality, events, occupancy, size of property etc.  We use automated systems to keep pricing competitive, while being aware of the holidays and special events etc.  However, you can benefit from the below:

• A week or more booking benefits from a 15% discount
• A month or more booking benefits from a 25% discount instead
• For multiple-month commitments, we can negotiate further discounting, assurance of availability/removing uncertainty, smoothing out seasonality, and discuss your needs in detail, such as bespoke payment terms and multiple property deals etc.
• You can also find our properties on the booking sites AirBnB and booking.com, but if you book here, you will benefit from even lower pricing as we will not have to pay the fees the marketing companies charge us that we add in to cover.
