House rules

Internal accommodation is non-smoking. Please use the outside space if you have to smoke or vape.

Where Pets are allowed they will require an additional cleaning surcharge

Be considerate of your neighbours.

• Excessive noise is not allowed.
• No parties
• Quiet time 10 pm to 8 am

On departure, please try to leave the place as you found it - the cleaning fee is kept low based on guests being considerate.

• All garbage collected and bagged up for removal
• Washing up done

Nice to have - saves a bit of time, don't feel you have to:

• Beds stripped and linen, together with towels, should be left in bedrooms, not folded
