Terms & Conditions – DHH Accommodation Ltd

By placing a booking with  DHH Accommodation Ltd  (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“the guest”, “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your stay at any of our serviced accommodation properties and your use of our website hosted via Smoobu.

 


1. 📅 Booking & Payment

  • A valid booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified at the time of booking.
  • All bookings must be made by individuals aged  18 or over.
  • We accept payment via credit/debit card or bank transfer through our secure Smoobu booking engine.
  • A  security deposit may be required and will be refunded within 7 days of checkout, subject to inspection.

 


2. 🧾 Cancellations & Refunds

  • Flexible Rate:  Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. After that, 50% of the total booking will be charged.
  • Non-Refundable Rate:  No refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days.

 


3. 🏠 Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must treat the property with respect and leave it in a clean and tidy condition.
  • No parties, events, or unregistered guests are allowed.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
  • Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed in writing.

 


4. 🕒 Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in:  From 3:00 PM
  • Check-out:  By 10:00 AM
    Late check-out may incur additional charges unless pre-approved.

 


5. 🔐 Security & Damages

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
  • We reserve the right to charge for repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning if the property is left in an unacceptable condition.

 


6. 🔒 Data Protection

  • Your personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
  • Booking data is securely processed via Smoobu’s platform.

 


7. 🌐 Website & Channel Management

  • Our website and booking system are powered by  Smoobu GmbH.
  • While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for technical errors or outages on the Smoobu platform.

 


8. ⚖️ Legal

  • These terms are governed by the laws of  England and Wales.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of  England.
